Have you caught dinner but are unsure how to clean it? Do not worry, we will show you how to prepare your dinner in the great outdoors.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Keep wet and cool.
Keep your catch wet and cool until you clean and gut it.
Step
With your knife, hold the fish firmly and scrape off the scales on both sides.
Start at the tail and move towards the gills- don't press to hard.

Gut the fish.
Gently, insert a knife into the small hole located above the tail fin- only breaking the skin and cut towards the head.
Step
Pull out the internal organs with your fingers.
Scrape and rinse until all the insides and blood have been removed.
Step
Rinse and repeat for all catches made.
